Description Ryutagama is one of the well known kiln in Japan located in Karatsu, Shiga. Kenta Nakasato is a grandson of master potter Takashi Nakazato. He makes Karatsu-wares using wheel thrown technique that has been passed down for generations in Karatsu. They use wood fired kiln as well as gas fired. They have great tradition & produces beautiful daily use tablewares.
