For the bird lover & for the lover of eclectic things. We're excited to offer this remarkable cast aluminum pigeon statue. Circa 1930's - 40's Weighs in at approx 5 pounds. So many uses for this guy. Heavy enough to be a door stop. Cool enough to live on your mantle. Cast aluminum to stand up to the elements. Beautifully detailed & painted a deep rich red. Paint is excellent condition with just a couple minor areas of loss. This guy stands solidly on two feet. Measures approx 8 1/2 tall & 12 1/2 beak to tail. Measuring 6 across his wings. I expect this was an outside bird at some point. Feels / sounds like there is maybe a teaspoon of water inside if you shake it.
