[PLACING AN ORDER] Single items -select size & color in dropdown menus -for sizing: All shirts are UNISEx which means they have a more relaxed fit I highly recommend using the size chart in the images to get the best fit. -select color of shirt from menu or may ask for design color & name option. If there isn't an option for color of shirt add it in the personalization box. Etsy only allows for so many variation options so you may need to use the personalization box for additional info. [Sets/Multiples] -use same options as single items. You can change sizes & colors just add specifics in the personalization box to let me know as well as any other required info. Some are not sold as a set due to variation limitations as mentioned above. Add one shirt to cart & repeat for more. Make sure you have the number of shirts you would like in the cart before checkout. [SPECS] Brand: Bella + Canvas Short Sleeve t-shirts -4.2 oz., 52% airlume combed & ringspun cotton, 48% polyester, 32 singles -Athletic Heather & Black Heather are 90% airlume combed & ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester -Pre-shrunk [PROCESSING/SHIPPING] Processing can vary depending on quantity of items as well as the season but most of the time I get orders out in under 6 days. After you place an order if I don't have the shirt on hand, I place an order thru a manufacturer I use for blank shirts & it usually takes 2 business days for me to receive the shirts, it takes another business day to make the order & then it will be shipped thru usps & depending on location it can take a few days to receive the item. If you need something quickly, please message me & you can pay extra to have something shipped thru UPS & I may have something already in stock to ship out same day or next day. [RETURNS/ExCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS] Due to the nature of the designs being custom I don't accept returns or exchanges, however if there was mistake on my part, I will exchange the item.
