It is very rare to find a set that is graduated/nesting. Once used for collecting tree sap for maple syrup, these rustic metal buckets make beautiful flower vases & even have a little hole on the upper side near the rim for hanging (from trees for collecting), on a fence post or tree in your yard. The patina on these are just delightful & hard to re-create with patches of rust & aged iron accents. The buckets are nesting (we purchased them all together) which is quite rare to find & they are numbered 1 through 10 wiht 10 being the largest size. Good vintage condition however, showing wear, rust, stains inside & out, scratches to paint, which adds so much character & charm. Colors do vary somewhat from the photos (they were taken in indirect outdoor lighting), the light bleaches out the colors somewhat, it is very difficult to get coloring perfect through photography (and we are not experts). They are very old & authentic (used to collect tree sap for maple syrup), not made for modern decorating, etc. Larger sizing measuring; 9.5" height x 7.5" width (tapering bottoms). Smallest size is 9.5" height x 4.5" width. All the cans together weigh 12 lbs, so if you are buying multiples the shipping price may vary. Thanks for viewing.
