Handmade building is in fairly good condition with some wear to corners & edges due to age, which is shown in photos. There is a small piece of wood loss to the top peak over the name "Z Jones". Paint colors are nice & bright. There is a residue on the bottom from glue dot type stickers to keep the wood block from falling over when displayed. House is Vintage & NOT New.
