SIZING INSTRUCTIONS BELOW Tiny, faceted crystals make up the majority of this bracelet. It's composed of Terahertz & 24k gold. Terahertz is very shiny & will reflect colors near it. It's put together with soft polyester string with a no-show show knot. Terahertz is extracted silica from quartz. It's a crystal that is used to help promote healthy relationships. Terahertz shields negative energies & calms anxiety. It is also known to help direct energy in a "wealthy" way. Sizing: 1st, measure your wrist with string. Bracelets fit best at least 1/4" larger than the wrist. IMPORTANT: Bracelets fit smaller than the length specified. For 10mm bracelets, add 1cm (7/16in).
