Fun "Winter Follies" 12 3/4" serving platter. Made in 1998 by Sakura China, a division of Oneida, these were designed by quilter & artist Debbie Mumm. Featuring a snowman & his penguin friends on creamy white background with a checkerboard trim. This piece is new in the original box & is in excellent condition.
