An adorable layered sprinkle donut themed tutu in light pink & beige! The top layer is made with shimmer & glitter light pink tulle (glitter tulle does shed some glitter. If you prefer no glitter just leave that in the details when you check out). It is covered in colorful "sprinkles" made out of felt. The bottom layer is made of shimmer beige tulle. The tutu is very full & ties around the waist to make a pretty neon pink bow. The tutu is not elastic but is adjustable. I have learned that this is the best way to make a tutu because it is easiest to put on & take off of babies & this method creates the most fluffy tutus. 2. A matching elastic beige crochet tube top decorated on the front & back with sprinkles made from felt. all sizes 3-6m & up come with a ribbon to tie around the back. The smaller sizes do not. The smaller sizes are see through & unlined & larger sizes have an extra cotton lining on the inside for a non see through & thicker look. 3. A darling fabric flower headband made with 3 different fabric flowers, glass pearl beads & a fun donut embellishment. The Donut embellishment may vary in color. Attached to a nylon beige elastic headband.
