This is a wonderful example of the trophies that were awarded by horse shows in the 1930's. This one was won by my father. It is excellent used condition, with light scratches & some tarnish. It has been lightly polished & will ship with a polishing cloth & anti tarnish cloth or paper. It needs a bit more buffing. Any black spots & weird areas are reflection & not imperfections in the goblet. The full inscription reads: Loudoun Hunt Horse Show Leesburg, VA 1931 Won By ( on the back) It was never engraved with a name. Maker, Sterling & pattern number are on the bottom. This is unweighted solid sterling silver & is 106g. The maker is AcSme, Probably Acme Sterling. 5 1/2" x 3 1/4" Shipped by most economical in the US. NO international shipping.
