Extremely charming old Mr. Magoo cartoon character. He was mostly blind, walked with a cane & was frequently getting himself into some hilarious circumstances because of his blindness. I believe he was a rich & kindly man! Wonderful memories from the 1960's! Brooch does have a bit of enamel loss & the pin stem is a bit crooked. Functional & highly collectible!
