A fine, antique Battersea or Bilston snuff box. It is has an oval form & a white ground with an image of dancers on the lid. Simply a great box! Date: 18th Century Overall Condition: It is in overall good used estate condition. Condition Details: The mount for the lid has been reglued, & there are remnants of old glue near the edges. Otherwise, there are some with some fine & light surface scratches here & other signs of light wear consistent with age. Measurements: Height: ca. 1 1/3 in. Length: ca. 1 7/8 in. Width: ca. 3 1/8 in.
