PERSONALIZING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Let us know the name & information you want on your ornament by using the image as a guide. 2. If you are adding pets, use the "Pet Options" drop-down menu to let us know how many (if any) pets you want added. Next, you MUST reference the Pet Chart thumbnail picture when letting us know the numbers/letters of your pets. Don't forget to let us know the names of your pets as well. Pets will be placed where they look & fit best. 3. We CANNOT change any colors on the ornament. It will come exactly as pictured with the names you request. 4. "Baby's 1st Christmas" is already written on the banner & cannot be removed. 5. Please provide a cell number & email address in case we have a question with your order. We find a lot of customer mistakes, so this will save time.
