This circa 1940s-1950s U.S. Navy duffel bag is loaded with character & is ready to travel or your military collection. It measures 36" X 12" X 11" & has a sewn-in carrying handle & a clip-on 2" wide webbed cotton shoulder strap that also secures the top eyelets. This well-made bag is made to military specs, constructed out of of heavy white canvas & has brass eyelets/hardware. It has "U.S.N." stenciled on it as well as what looks to be a sailor's name/serial number though it is pretty faded. CONDITION: This bag is sturdy & free of major rips or holes & is still usable for travel but does have some distressing including small spots of wear, marks, & stains. The stitching integrity is good & it is free of mold, mildew or foul odors.
