Gorgeous sterling silver antique replica wavy diamond-shaped Holy Eucharist medal dangles on this 1.2mm oxidized sterling silver spiga chain necklace. This is an antique replica of a rare Art Nouveau Communion medal from France. I am blessed to have this mint condition original in my collection & be able to share it with you. The diamond has a plain backside. The medallion is like a 3/4 inch square turned on a point. From point to point, it measures just under 1 inch. The antiquing finish on this piece highlights the beautiful detailed raised areas. This fine replica is cast in solid .925 sterling silver using the lost wax method & produced in the U.S.A. The oxidation finishing process prevents tarnishing from the air. This will test as sterling silver.
