Origin: Tibet Himalayan Mountain. Rhodiola sacra tsuiana, known as Rhodiola crenulata is found above the snowline of Bhutan & Tibet, Himalayan Mountains. It is one of the most precious tonic herbs in the world, as It cannot be cultivated, & is only wildcrafted, therefore, it is only available in very limited quantities. This root should not be confused with Rhodiola rosea, a plant that is commonly cultivated for its root. Himalayan Rhodiola is either Rhodiola sacra ("Sacred Rhodiola") or Rhodiola crenulata, & is far more superior, only a very small piece is needed to enhance oxygenation, mental stamina, & adaptability. HOW TO USE: There are several ways to enjoy, Rhodiola Sacra powder. A little Rhodiola sacra root powder goes a long way! Just 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of the Rhodiola sacra powder will be beneficial in smoothies, protein shakes, water, or tea (you can make tea with the powder or add it to other tea blends).
