Darling mixed metal mini bag by Mary Mundy for her Lunacy collection. More like a piece of jewelry & you probably won't want to take it off your shoulder as you head for the dance floor. No indication this was ever used. LUNACY name at side with trademark crescent moon. Bag is big enough for a lipstick & powder compact & a couple of keys. Really more like jewelry than an actual handbag. Heavy silverplate metal over copper with bronze accents around the edges. Tiny etched detail front & back & smooth silver on sides. Ornate sculpted freeform clasp with snap closure. Textured with granulation. Even the hinge at the top is ornate. Braided black cord attaches through grommet like openings on top of sides. If you wanted to remove the cord & add a metal chain that is a possibility. If you have some jewelry skills you could do this yourself but if not, consult a jeweler to assist.
