NATURAL GUATEMALAN JADE MAYAN FIGURE NECKLACE Here is a very unique necklace! It was carved by my friend in Copan Ruinas, Honduras at my shop there. He is a descendant of the Chor'ti Maya. This was carved in the of one of the seated figures that can be found in the ruins there. This was made from a super dark blue/green "Princesa" jade. You can tell it's Princesa blue by its snowy white spots. The pendant is accented by black & green Guate jade round & tube beads which look really good with it! The necklace is made from a sturdy waxed cord knotted hundreds of time in a spiral micro macrame. Jade has been used as a sacred stone for centuries, bringing serenity, wisdom, balance & all things associated with the best of spiritual practices. Beautiful Guatemalan Jadeite comes in a range of colors: whites, greens, browns & even black. These necklaces are adjustable are sturdy enough to wear in the shower on the beach; they last for years!
