Just leave the Name, Event Type & Date that you would like printed on the sticker in the Personalization Box upon ordering. (Example: Julia's Bachelorette Party 6.25.2030 or Samantha's Bridal Shower 8.15.2030) You also have the option to review a Proof of the sticker prior to printing. Simply choose your option in the drop down menu upon ordering! Proofs are sent to the customer via Etsy Conversations & I will send a direct email to the email provided by the customer if I do not receive a response via Etsy within 1-2 hours of proof being sent. If you have requested a Proof & have not received the proof within a few hours of the purchase, please check your spam folder. IMPORTANT - Please be sure the email address you provide is valid so that you are able to receive the proofs. NOTICE If a Proof of the sticker has been requested & an approval of the Proof has NOT been received from the customer within 48 hours of purchase, the sticker will be shipped out without the approval.
