A good morning for many of us starts with a nice cup of coffee or tea & this majestic mug is a wonderful way to ensure that your joy lasts throughout the day. It is a perfect size for an espresso. I made this cup on the potter's wheel from a lovely black earthenware clay before it was fired to 1110c/2030f. The main glaze is Starry Night, a shiny, affected, twinkling blue.
