Siberian Cedar is actually not a cedar but rather a pine that grows in Siberia. This Siberian Cedar Resin Oleo extract is done in small batches by us. The process consists of grinding the resin down into a fine powder & then mixing in the Jojoba oil. We then place it in a water bath on low heat for a few hours until the majority of the resin is dissolved. It is then left for a few weeks & then strained. Siberian Cedar Resin has extensive skincare benefits & uses. Many of which I cannot speak to here but encourage you to research & learn about these yourself. Siberian Cedar Resin like most tree resins are skin loving & can help the skin in many ways. This resin has properties that can help with other systems & is great for tired muscles. Siberian Cedar Resin is highly energetic, & one of the reasons we love it, is for how beneficial it is for the emotionally body. It is calming & grounding, & a perfect choice for when we need to feel calm & grounded. This oil can be used as is or to make other products including balms, serums & many more. We do not use aluminum bottles due to the fact they are lined with epoxy resin which contains BPA & leaches into the product. Also, some oils react to aluminum. Amber glass has proven over time to be the best, to store, & ship oils in, & it is recyclable. Anything below 4 ounces will be shipped in white or amber glass dropper bottles.
