This miniature antique sad iron was likely a salesman sample. The plate is an oval or ellipse with pointed ends. It is made of a single piece of cast iron. Perfect for use as a paperweight, shelf display, doll accessory, or a conversation piece! Measurements: the plate is 3-3/8" high x 1-1/2" wide.
