This set is a marriage of two items I had found separately, the black marble base measures 2" square with a plastic swivel cup was paired with an advertising combination pen (dry) & letter opener with ducks on one side & an ad for Cebula Bar On & Off Sale Liquors located in Buchanan, North Dakota which research indicates was owned by Ralph Cebula likely in the late 1950's to 1960's based on a 4 digit phone number.
