Saint Joseph Jesaja Beautiful Nativity scene figures are carved from maple wood & hand-painted with fine oil paints. Some models are also hand-gilded. Available in colour or natur (natural unpainted wood) version in various sizes. Made in Italy. PLEASE NOTE: SIZE: Listed size is a size of standing adult Nativity figurines. The real size of animals & child figurines is in proportion to standing adult Nativity figurines (ie. 9 cm Sheep - means it is suitable for Nativity with standing adult figurines 9 cm tall, so the real size of listed 9 cm sheep will be approx. 4-5 cm from toes to head). MATERIAL: All wood carvings up to size 24" (60 cm) are carved from selected Mountain Maple Wood, statues of size 24" (60 cm) or larger are carved from Linden wood (in latin: sacrum lingum), unless otherwise specified. COLOUR: Due to a nature of our work & materials used the shades of colours may slightly wary from the published images. Production time: approx 1-4 weeks, depending on item & size.
