Rolling up his sleeves, he eyeballs the long-haired inductee sitting in a chair awaiting his haircut. "So yuh wants justa litty-bit off thu back, eh?" in the background, we see a soldier checking out his shaved head in a mirror. Artist signed "Irby". Artist-signed cards are considered the most collectible of cards. They are postcards where the publisher has identified the artist. The term does not mean the postcard has been autographed.
