I know you cried & wanted to drop out but look at you now: mentally unstable with no will to live, but you have a degree! Premade grad cap design is sold AS IS. Design CANNOT be altered, edited, or changed & will be shipped exactly how you see it. Design is 9.5 x 9.5 inches with an approximate 1 inch hole in the center. Printed on glossy cardstock, not handpainted. Design will fit the standard 9 x 9 inches graduation cap / mortar board. Cap not included. HOW TO ATTACH: Various methods on how to attach design onto grad cap. Graduates can get creative on the attachment method. An informational card will be provided as well. SHIPPING: I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as my preferred shipping company. Processing is 24-36 hours from day of purchase (i.e. printing, prepping, & packaging) on business days only. Item is shipped thereafter. Packages may be shipped sooner based on low order volumes. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Returns - You will receive a FREE shipping label & item must be sent back. Upon inspection, a refund may or may not be granted. Exchanges - You will receive a FREE shipping label & item must be sent back. Another will be sent out shortly after. Damages - You will receive a FREE shipping label & item must be sent back. Once received, a refund or replacement will be given. INFORMATION: The lettering & design is created digitally but it is a physical item that will be shipped to you. The design is cut 9.5 inches x 9.5 inches with an approximate 1-inch hole cut in the center. Center hole cutout will not be attached. If a different size is needed, please mention in the Additional Notes.
