Semi-fitted, tapered, lined dress, above mid-knee or mid-knee, has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front & back tucked into front band, upper side (no side seams), front extending slightly to back, flounces, button/loop closing & above elbow or long sleeves with pleated cap & binding.
