If you're a collector of vintage airline memorabilia, this is a piece you'll want to have. It's from Eastern Airlines, promoting their Silver Falcon fleet. Made by the Glenn L. Martin Company in Baltimore, these were twin-engine, 40 passenger planes. Only 103 were built & Eastern had 60 of them in their fleet from 1952 until 1962. These glasses were made by Libbey. They stand 4 3/4" tall & are 2 5/8" wide at the mouth. The red lettering at the bottom reads "WORLD'S MOST FAMOUS & RELIABLE TWIN ENGINE AIRLINER." We have six of these available & they are being sold individually. Great condition. One glass does have some minor color loss to the falcon & the planet & that glass will be sold last.
