This item is a Brand New Factory Sealed Blind Justice Game of Lawsuits from Avalon Hill 1988. The factory sealed plastic has tears in it on most corners, the plastic on the right side edge has some slicing & there are some indentations on the box from the slices. The back lower right corner is exposed & there is wear on the box that shows the cardboard below. The back lower edge has two indented areas, the original store sticker is on the lower side edge. The contents can be heard sliding around inside. We ship USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express (your choice) with delivery confirmation, it will be packed well in a box & shipped promptly.
