New Gold Trailing Lantana Plant One Gallon Size New Gold Lantana features showy cymes of gold flowers at the ends of the branches from early summer to mid fall. It has green foliage. The fuzzy pointy leaves remain green throughout the winter. New Gold Lantana is a multi-stemmed evergreen shrub with a ground-hugging habit of growth. Its average texture blends into the landscape, but can be balanced by one or two finer or coarser trees or shrubs for an effective composition. This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, & should not require much pruning, except when necessary, such as to remove dieback. It is a good choice for attracting butterflies to your yard, but is not particularly attractive to deer who tend to leave it alone in favor of tastier treats. It has no significant negative characteristics. You will receive one well rooted plant. Your plant will be shipped with the roots & some soil wrapped in damp paper towels & with plastic & ready to plant upon arrival. The plant will be between 1 to 2 feet in height with well-developed roots. These plants have been growing in one gallon containers. Planting guidelines will also be included.
