Very rare & unique faux book. This was purchased in London in the late 1980s or early 1990s. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is an artist's homage to Patek Philippe watches, & not affiliated with the jewelry Company per se. Measures roughly 15" long, 11" wide, & 3" deep. Very neat antique hollowed-out wooden faux book, bound in beautiful & ornately hand crafted painted fabric (canvas?) & lined with a velvet/velour felt inside. Great condition with minimal wear & scuffing. Sold as pictured.
