We recommend the followings. -Always remove jewelry when performing heavy sweating exercise, swimming, & showering as any substances like water, oil, chlorine, perfume, & sweat may damage the jewelry. -Always use warm water & mild soap, if you need to clean. Never use alcohol or any chemicals as they may cause discoloration or other adverse reactions to the jewelry. Always dry your body & jewelry thoroughly before reinserting. Be sure to use soft non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratching the metal. -If you have had any reaction to the plated jewelry (i.e. necklace, bracelet, rings, etc), we do not recommend any plated jewelry as you may have a similar reaction. -We recommend placing your jewelry in a zip closed bags when not in use.
