Rich, textured, handwoven, chocolate brown, 100% cotton natural dye fabric, thick medium-weight, Thailand craft sold by the yard PHA331 The fabric is soft & supple with a pronounced fabric "grain" that you can feel & gives a rustic sense. This is due to a fairly large diameter yarn used in the weaving. Elegant & luxurious. Rich & robust. Thick with an amazing hand-feel. Note that the the color of the yardage has subtle gradations of color due to the handmade & organic dye nature of the fabric. That is, the color exhibits wonderful slight variations that underline the handmade nature of the fabric. Width is 39 inches. The price is per 10 yards of material & each additional "item" will be another 10 yards of fabric. The weight of a one yard length of fabric is about 9.8 oz/277 grams...not to be confused with the Fabric Weight which is calculated from a square yard or meter (more about the density of the weave & yarn). To facilitate packing & shipping, fabric lengths of this fabric type will have a maximum length of 17 yards. Orders larger than 17 yards will be in two pieces.
