1989 White House Christmas Card Measures 11 by 9 3/4 inches Visible image 7 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches Photos are part of the item's description This is a wonderfully professionally framed 1985 White House Christmas Card. This was chosen & sent by George & Barbara Bush. It was the first card based on a painting by William Gemmell. The card was printed by Hallmark. It depicts the South Portico decorated for the holiday season in a rare Washington DC snow. We purchased this from the estate of a Greek immigrant who married a Daughter of the American Revolution. Together they were intensely patriotic & amassed quite a collection of Christmas items related to the White House & the United States of America. The matting is a wonderful deep blue that is so "on trend" currently & is framed in an "old gold" wooden frame. This wonderful holiday piece is ready to hang. 1989 White House Christmas Card George Herbert Walker Bush Vintage
