This business card holder / pen & pencil holder is an excellent way to display business cards for a Realtor or Broker. If your in the Real Estate business, this item is ideal. As a pen / pencil holder, just insert the rectangular pen/pencil container into the rectangular opening on the house. As a business card holder, just remove the pen / pencil container & use the rectangular opening to display your business cards. An included 'L' shaped filler piece is included that can be used when a full complement of business cards is not used. The 'L' piece acts as a filler for the empty space in the holder cavity & allows cards to remain upright. The house & base are attached & the base has a felt furniture protector to avoid any scratches. A standard size business card slides into the "SOLD" post & can easily be changed out at any time. The top of the house has ample room for adding several business cards for clients. The "SOLD" post is removable from the base.
