Very interesting, unusual vest from about 4 years ago that was made in Thailand or Myanmar of the design of elephants made with sequins. Very unusual & fun to wear as these may be hard to find today. Tag says large, one size but I think it would fit a Medium better, even a small. You need to measure yourself & see what matches the measures I give.
