Incredibly beautiful detail-rich poster displaying the multiple purposes of oil. The poster advertises oil from British Petrol (BP) & how it can be used on automobiles, ships & factories. The poster was designed by infamous Otto Nielsen who also made a lot of other SAS commercials during 1946-78 & a part of the decoration of JFK airport in NY. The posters are often abstract motives with animals or famous buildings on display. This is the first time I have seen this poster & I have seen quite many Otto Nielsen posters so I am quite confident that this poster is difficult to find. Please note: this poster has a number of imperfections which is reflected in the price.
