Vintage Crewel Embroidery Framed Patriotic Image with "Governed by God" quote & the Liberty Bell. The quote is from William Penn: "Men must be governed by God or they will be ruled by tyrants." Outside frame dimensions: 22 1/2" high x 18 1/2" wide Stretcher dimensions: 20" high x 16" wide Condition: The tape is old & dried on the back of the frame, but could easily be replaced.
