ABOUT THE VINYL? -These permanent vinyl decals are easy to apply if followed by the instructions properly. -All colors have a matte finish (besides the holographic vinyl) & are rated up to 5-6 years durability for indoor or outdoor use. They will stick to most any solid surface, especially hard, shiny surfaces such as glass. -Please allow the decal to set for at least 24 hours prior to washing. Decals are not dishwasher safe. -Colors may vary from monitor to monitor PACKAGING -Each decal order comes with instructions on how to correctly apply them, plastic cover to protect the sticker, & an alcohol wipe for prepping! -All orders are packaged in a way that makes it simple for you to throw in a gift basket or birthday card if needed SHIPPING (please read) -The method of shipping I provide is through standard USPS shipping & will be delivered in approximately 5-20 business days. Please contact me if your items do not reach you within that time! -Every order is packaged with care & reinforcement to prevent bending or damage. There is ETSY tracking via Pitney Bowes through this method of shipment, as vinyl decals are shipped with a stamp postage dependent on size. -The Tracking provided for STANDARD shipping is thru Etsy/Pitney Bowes. It's not the same as having a tracking number through USPS so it will not show up in their system Etsy refers to this as "tracked", but it is the same as metered mail this mail gets scanned at different post offices, but not actually once it's been delivered to you or off the mail truck like USPS tracking. The tracking will show on Etsy; however, lately, the tracking is not always updated & some items remain as showing "Pre-transit" even though they have been shipped. Etsy is aware of this issue & they are working with Pitney Bowes to fix it, unfortunately I do not have any control over the tracking. -We cannot be held liable for lost packages via USPS, we hand deliver every item to the post office. The USPS is short-staffed & experiencing high volumes of mail due to increased online shopping, mail deivery is taking longer than it used to. We recommend allowing up to 20 days receive your items that are shipped using the FREE shipping option.
