Tag: Jean Patou A stunning piece of fashion history! Vintage 1920's Jean Patou flapper dress in inky black silk crepe with satin trim & details. Loose fit with satin, art deco trim on the dropped waist. Flouncy skirt cut on the bias to create a little volume. Long tapered sleeves with satin bands at cuff & adorned with prong set rhinestone flower jewels. Big round baubles also decorate the side of the skirt with tiny rhinestones. No closures & pulls on over head. Would be for an XS/S fit. Bust 34'' Waist 34'' Hips 36'' Length 36'' Shoulder to Shoulder 13.5'' Sleeve Length 24'' The actual dress is in excellent condition with no shattering although I found a tiny hole under armpit. The lace is delicate & does have some tears & holes (see photos) it also needs to be tacked down in a few spots & 1'' hole where lace meets at shoulder. 1 rhinestone button is missing at cuff & the round baubles have tiny rhinestones missing (quite a few).
