International tracking When ordering/shipping internationally, I assume the buyer is aware of the possible risks. Once the parcel leaves the US borders, unfortunately, I can no longer be held responsible for its destination/tracking. If the receiving country does not enter the customs tracking number into their delivery system, there is no way to make a case for a lost item.
