The painting features a hydrangea lined driveway with the afternoon sun pouring in from the southwest side of the house. Radiant summer painting of flowering hydrangeas lining the driveway toward the entrance of the Marble House. The beautiful Marble House is a Gilded Age mansion done in the beaux art style & was designed by Richard Morris Hunt.
