The artist's work is characterized by the texture of the pictorial surface, rich emotional coloring, uninhibited manner of writing, unusual angles, & dynamic composition. Received the regional literary & artistic award named after B. Ten (1988), the city award in the field of fine arts named after G. Kosmiadi (2013, posthumously). Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1983). He headed the Creative Group of Rivne professional artists, under the Lviv organization of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1972-1982, 1985-1989).
