The charm can either be worn on a bracelet or as a dainty necklace pendant! The charm you receive may be either left or right facing (picture shows left facing cameo). If you have a preference please make a note at checkout. The charm is vintage old stock & never worn. Any minor flaws from age / storage only. It has Victorian style however is not that old (vintage Victorian revival jewelry). I added a modern jump ring to the top. Quarter & ruler in photo for size reference.
