Limited edition giclée print. "Torch Planetarium" This long exposure photograph was taken looking south across the 19 mile span of Torch Lake in Northern Michigan. The Milky Way Galaxy was at her most stunning this May night back in 2018. This photograph was originally printed using the historic cyanotype printing process in our darkroom which gives the print its signature blue tones. This archival quality photograph is printed on USA-made recycled cotton fiber paper. It has a warm matte finish with a subtle texture reminiscent of the hot-press watercolor paper on which the original was created. Printing is done in-studio to ensure accurate reproduction of the artwork using a professional pigment-based printer. White margins may vary based on size. This print is numbered out of 200 & signed. 11x14 prints are shipped flat & include backing board, 17x22 prints are shipped rolled as prints only.
