Winter hat for women made of 100% ethical sheep wool from a small farm in Ponad, based in Podhale (Tatra Mountain). You can reach the wool maker here https://www.woolniej.pl/. This wool is spun in Zakopane by real Highlanders. It has been hand-dyed periodically, which makes it unique, impossible to recreate, & one of a kind. A nalbinding (needle-bound) hat is made with the Mammen stitch. This wool has two-ply yarn. It is possible to design your own hat with the wool available in the photos (custom order listing). Wool has wonderful health properties: helps with colds, inflammations, pains, rheumatism, & arthritis. Wool breathes & makes you warm in winter & cool in summer. 1. Historical evidence: A man's grave was found in 1868 in Denmark, at Mammen. The man was buried in winter 970-971 CE, wearing an expensive costume, with decorations including among other things tablet woven bands, & nalbinding with silver & gold threads.
