I use Bella Canvas Unisex or Next Level Unisex long sleeves. For 3x I will use Tultex. They fit true to size & have minimal shrinkage when washed. They are so soft & not too thick but not too thin. If Bella Canvas Is Not Available, Next Level or Tultex will be substituted. Wash & Care Machine Wash inside out on cold with like colors. Line Dry or Tumble dry no heat Please reference the chart in the photo listing for sizing. If you have any questions please let me know! I can't wait to start working on your design! I DO accept exchanges on my shirts. I completely understand that sizing can be difficult when it comes to getting the perfect fit. Should you need to return your item I just ask that you contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item & that the item is back to me within 14 business days.
