Presented for your consideration is a cut-to-clear crystal Madeira or Port wine cordial in a lovely deep ROYAL RED RUBY almost BLACK. Cut into the mouth blown cupola are six hypotrochoid stars set atop of large clear panels & separated by fans. The cut six-sided stem leads down to a clear rayed base. This full lead (30% PbO) crystal miniature hock is a vintage German piece produced by Barthmann Cristall in the Dorotheenhütte, Wolfach (Black Forest), Baden-Württemberg during the 1980s. This is the company that produced all Spode crystal from 1970 onwards. It is in excellent condition. There are no scratches, nicks, dings, chips nor repairs.
