HEAT PACKS ARE ONLY ADDED WHEN PURCHASED. THEY ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED AT THIS TIME. YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THIS LISTING TO YOUR CART. THESE ARE ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS OF PREMIER SUCCULENTS to protect our plants from winter damage. We are currently unable to supply "unused" heat packs for your personal shipping needs; we apologize for any inconvenience! We take every precaution to ensure your plants are protected from both the cold outside & the heat inside. We have never had an issue with heat packs burning our plants. If no heat pack is purchased, you accept the risk of shipping without it, & the possibility that your plants may arrive damaged. We do not issue replacements or refunds for orders that arrive damaged from weather related issues, so please be aware of the weather between Chicago & your house, & plan accordingly. Thank you! Please be aware of the weather when your package is due to arrive, & make sure it's brought inside & unboxed as soon as possible so your plants can breathe. Tracking numbers are sent when your plants are packed & your shipping label is created, so you'll know they're on the way. :) We affix the heat packs to the bottom or side of the box (most usually the bottom), & are sure to place an insulating layer between the heat pack & the root ball. We do everything possible to avoid leaves being too near the heat packs, in order to lessen the chance of heat-damaged leaves. PLEASE NOTEthese are ONLY available for customers of our shop, sorry!
