Face the soft pillow against your chest to keep the pressure of the seat belt off your port. The hook & loop tape fits snug to hold the pillow in place but it can be easily moved to adjust to your comfort level. The special hook & loop tape can be closed on either side of the pillow. You can always trim the hook & loop tape with scissors, if is too long. These pillows are perfect for anyone who has an issue with an uncomfortable seat belt on their shoulder bone.
