This is a vintage, dead-stock, 2 box set of white, iridescent, Turbo Snail shell, garlands. I purchased these in the late 1990s for a coastal, Christmas tree & never used them. The garlands were made in Cebu, Philippines with their indigenous Turbo shells from the area islands. The garland in one box contains 18 shells & the garland in the other box has 17 Turbo shells. Each small shell varies in size from 1.5 inches to 2 inches in length. They have drilled holes & are strung on a thin, silver, metallic cording. They are all in excellent condition. These could not only be used on a Christmas tree, but also as wedding decor, all-season beach house decor or even as beads for jewelry making because the shells have drilled holes for beading.
